Refund & Cancellation Policy
At RD SUPPORT, we aim for complete satisfaction. If something isn’t right, the following guidelines apply. These policies are designed with Indian consumers in mind and align with applicable laws.
Timeframes
- Service bookings: cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund of any prepayment
- Accessories/orders: cancellation within 48 hours of order placement if the item has not been fitted or dispatched
- Special orders/custom parts: cancellation may not be possible once the order is placed with the manufacturer
Eligibility
- Refunds apply to prepaid service charges or accessory payments
- Fitted/used parts and consumables are generally non‑returnable unless defective
- Defective items will be handled under the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms

- Our team will verify eligibility and confirm next steps within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
